What is Supervision?
Supervision is a regularly planned time for a professional discussion based on current safeguarding cases that the member of staff wishes to share. The session has an agreement in place regarding the expectations, arising actions, and follow-up. The session is a supported space to consider aspects of a case and explore possible actions. This is a learning and development process. The session might identify additional training requirements or recommendations.
Who is Supervision for?
Safeguarding teams, senior and deputy safeguarding leads within education, charities, sporting organisations, training providers.
How often is Supervision recommended?
Ideally, supervision should take place four times a year
Can a specific Safeguarding and Well-being Audit be requested for one document/process?
Yes, CA Consultancy works with small and large projects.
Do you help new organisations to develop Safeguarding and Well-being policies?
Yes absolutely, this can be done as a set of recommendations or policy creation depending on your requirements.
How often should I review my Safeguarding and Well-being policies?
An annual review is required for safeguarding to ensure you are meeting the Legislation.
Is an initial Project Management service discussion free of charge?
Yes it is.
Can Project Management be delivered virtually?
Yes it can depending upon the requirements, we will discuss this as a viable option in our initial conversation.
How long does the Project Management service take?
This depends on the requirements of the business and will be agreed as part of the initial discussion and contract.
